    Subscriptions can only be canceled on a PC. Go to Settings > My Account > Subscription Management. Please note that we have a no-refund policy.

    Sub-accounts share the same access level as the main account. To add one:

    1. Sign up for a free trial account using the sub-account email.
    2. Log in to your main account and go to https://www.kalodata.com/me
    3. Select 'Sub-Account' from the menu on the left.
    4. Click 'Add Sub-Account' and verify the email.

    Some advanced features, like product detail insights and buyer review analysis, require credits. Credits are used on a per-usage basis. Professional members receive free credits every month, and additional credits can be purchased on the pricing page.
